INSIGHTS DISCOVERY PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Learning Objectives

♦ Familiarize each participant with the Insights model.
♦ Discover their Insights Profile and better understand their communication preferences.
♦ Improve the effectiveness of personal, interpersonal, and team communication.

PREREQUISITES

♦ Completion of the Insights assessment questionnaire (Profile Basis).

TARGET AUDIENCE

♦ Any employee, regardless of their position in the organization (from operator to manager).
♦ Accessible to people with disabilities.
♦ Accessible to people with hearing impairments.

DAILY AGENDA

♦ Understand the importance of differences in perception of an event (Perception Scale). ♦ Understand the Insights model, including the 3 axes of Jungian Preferences, the 8 Personality Types, the Conscious and Less Conscious Persona graphs, the evolution of Energies, and the Insights Wheel.
♦ Discover your Insights Profile and your position on the Wheel.
♦ Discover the Team Wheel, the color mix, and the different Insights Profiles in the team.
♦ Discuss how to communicate more effectively within the team.
♦ Learn to recognize the Profile of an interlocutor, particularly with whom communication is the most difficult.

GENERAL TEACHING METHODS

♦ Application exercises, discussion circles, and subgroup work.
♦ Group discussion and experience sharing.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR e-Learning COURSES

♦ Training delivered via the Zoom platform.
♦ In case of technical difficulties, training will be delivered via the Blue Jeans platform or by telephone.
♦ Estimated offline time of 1 hour.
