Purpose and scope of application.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the conditions applicable to training and coaching services provided by BRIGHT ODYSSEY EUROPE on behalf of a client. Any order for training or coaching from the company implies the client’s unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions prevail over any other client document, in particular any general purchasing conditions.

Quote and certificate

For each training or coaching session, BRIGHT ODYSSEY EUROPE undertakes to provide the client with a quote. The client is required to return a completed, dated, signed, and stamped copy to the company, with the words “Good for agreement.” If specified, an agreement by simple return email may be valid.

In the case of training, a special agreement may be established between BRIGHT ODYSSEY EUROPE, the OPCO, or the client, if applicable. Upon request, the client may be provided with a certificate of attendance or completion of training, as well as attendance sheets.

Prices and payment terms

Prices for training and coaching sessions are quoted in euros, excluding taxes, and are subject to VAT at the current rate. Payment is due after the service has been provided, upon receipt of the invoice, within the agreed payment deadlines. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or check. In exceptional circumstances, payment in installments may be made. In any case, these arrangements must be formalized before the start of the training or coaching session.

Supported by OPCO

If the client receives funding from an OPCO, they must apply for support before the service begins. The client is required to provide the funding agreement upon registration.

In the event that BRIGHT ODYSSEY EUROPE does not receive support from the OPCO on the first day of training, the full training costs will be invoiced to the client.

Conditions for postponing and canceling a training session

Cancellation of a training or group coaching session is possible, provided that it is done at least 10 calendar days before the day and time of the training start. All cancellations must be notified by email to office@brightodyssey.com

Upon signing the quote or training agreement constituting the conclusion of the contract, the client has 10 days to withdraw by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Beyond this period, in the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, the cancellation conditions applied will be as follows:

Less than 20 days: 30% of fees; Less than 10 days: 50% of fees; Less than 5 days: 80% of fees

In the event of non-performance of its obligations due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, BRIGHT ODYSSEY EUROPE cannot be held liable to its customers. Customers will be informed by email.

Program of training or Group Coaching sessions

If deemed necessary, the instructor may modify the training content based on current events, group dynamics, or the participants’ level. The program content listed on the presentation sheets is therefore provided for informational purposes only.

Intellectual property and copyright

Training or coaching materials, regardless of their format (paper, digital, electronic, etc.), are protected by intellectual property and copyright. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, may not be carried out without the express consent of the company. The client agrees not to use, transmit, or reproduce all or part of these documents for the purpose of organizing or facilitating training or coaching sessions.
