Bénédicte is a Coach and Trainer specializing in Team Transformation and Leadership. She works at all levels of organizations and with all functions, in France and abroad. She supports teams in change during periods of major internal or external transitions. In addition to her Team Coaching, she has been delivering Insights® Discovery training since 2017, which focuses on accepting diversity in terms of personality.
More recently, she has supported teams of Leaders within a large group on the theme of Team Leadership in times of crisis and Resilience.
Her corporate experience includes more than 20 years within the SC Johnson group in Marketing, Key Account Management and General Management of European Subsidiaries and Business Units. She has solid experience in leadership of multicultural and multifunctional teams.
Besides French, she speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and Italian.
